As moms, it’s hard to find balance when it feels like there’s never a moment to just stop and reflect on how it’s all going. With so many expectations, so much (mostly unsolicited) advice, and the never-ending things demanding your attention, life can feel a little like a perpetual game of whack-a-mole.
Things started to change for me when I decided to take control over the chaos (where I can) and make this all a little bit more manageable. I also gave myself permission to do things simply because they brought me joy.
The result? Little by little, I noticed changes in the way I tackled problems at work and home, the way I talked to myself, and how I took care of myself. And this has made all the difference in the world EVERYWHERE in my life.
It’s been such a life-changer that I want to pass it all along to you.
