There are two sides to this motherhood thing. Some days are almost magical with their cuteness and happiness. Other days, well…let’s just say that it’s hard to really be “there.” You want to enjoy the time you have with your family, but it's hard to do that when you're exhausted and have ten thousand things on your mind.
Like everything you've done, you want to be an AMAZING mom, so "good enough" makes you cringe just a little. You don't want to settle for survival mode, but you've noticed that getting everything done (the way you like it) and taking care of yourself and taking care of your family and being kind of a big deal at work is hard to juggle.
This whole thing we call "balance" is HARD, but I want you to know that you can bring the balance back and work a happy lifestyle. Being present and enjoying the time with your family begins with taking care of yourself and how you solve the little problems that matter.
