J called me, and
she was so excited.
"It's time to sign up
to get tickets for the
Mormon Tabernacle Choir
Christmas Concert,"
she said. "I signed up.
You should too!"
So I did.
Every year,
the Mormon Tabernacle Choir
puts on a
fantastic Christmas concert.
They always have
very special guest stars,
and the music is amazing.
It's what makes Christmas
feel like Christmas.
The Choir
puts on three concerts,
and each one
seats 21,000 people.
But there are still
not enough seats
to go around.
So they've started
having a sign-up,
where by random selection,
tickets are assigned,
and with great luck
you will get a seat.
Oh, and by the way...
the tickets are
free!
Each household can sign up
once, and can get
up to four tickets.
This year's concert
features
Natalie Cole and
David McCullough.
And it's called
The Wondrous Gift
of Christmas.
Unfortunately,
J was notified by email
that she wasn't
selected
to receive tickets
this year.
I forgot all about it
until yesterday.
Yesterday in the mail
I received four tickets!
